$75 for bedrooms and hallways or spaces of similar size. 100$ for larger spaces like living rooms or family rooms. Non-traditional spaces may differ in pricing but we will always be fair based on the technician's experience and judgement.  We have a 150$ minimum for jobs that don't reach that threshold.

We often have availability within a week when you reach out, sometimes we can even offer next day service. But to guarantee a spot on the schedule please expect a week lead time.

We are proud to serve the entire Gallatin Valley community and will travel anywhere you may need us to go within! From Livingston to Three Forks and everything inbetween. We are centrally located in Belgrade and typically do not charge a mileage fee for locations within 20 miles. We can even service properties as far as Butte, Helena, and Big Sky but will include mileage to cover travel costs.

We currently accept cash, checks, Venmo, and Cash App.

No stain is guaranteed to come out, but the vast majority of them will with the right chemistry and patience. The owner/operator will always be transparent and up front when consulting with you about the stain!

For small stains and odors we do not usually upcharge for pets. For entire units where it's obvious your pet has left their mark there is a 50$ additional charge. This will be at the discretion of the technician but we try to be very lenient.

A standard 2 bedroom apartment with 1 living room takes us about 2 hours. Each space on top of that adds about 30 minutes.

The carpets will be damp for several hours after the cleaning is complete. It will not hurt the carpet at all to walk on them with bare feet or clean shoes. Dirty shoes will track mud and grime across them defeating the purpose but clean shoes and feet are just fine!

Yes, we have a dedicated space to do area rugs and will pick them up! We also can do them in your home as well however.

No, as long as we have a way to enter you do not need to be present for the cleaning. Probably 80% of the jobs we do the clients are not at home. This is all coordinated at the time of booking.
